specific customer or customers.

Providing Personal Information

Should customers not wish to provide their personal information, he or she has the right to refuse their providing of said information if they so choose. However, please note that some services may not be available unless the customer provides their personal information. Should FUJITOK Corporation receive the personal information of a customer, the purpose for doing so shall be clearly indicated in advance and only personal information within the scope of that required to achieve the specified objective shall be requested.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information obtained from customers shall only be used for the purpose(s) indicated to the customer in advance and for the purpose of contacting him or her. Should the need arise to use the personal information of a customer for purposes outside of the scope indicated at the time of provision, FUJITOK Corporation shall contact the customer to notify him or her of the intended purpose of use. Should the customer not consent to this new use of personal information, he or she shall have the right to deny the use of their personal information for said purpose if they so choose.

  • When using personal information that has been processed to prevent identification of specific customers for use as statistical data.
  • When laws, regulations or ordinances require disclosure.
  • When required in emergency situations to protect essential interests such as human life, personal safety or assets.
